Universal MI is the core TEASEL FOURFORTY application. It is designed for use in situations where all parts of the operation are owned and operated by a single organisation - even though multiple sites may be involved.
Universal MI delivers real-time performance reporting to executive and operational management teams. The specific measures used are not pre-determined by the application, but are tailored to fit the organisation's specific processes, activities and management information requirements.
