Dedicated Operational Management Information Solution TEASEL FOURFORTY Launches Today
Modular, hosted service delivered direct to an organisation's intranet - provides senior staff with key performance metrics in real time.
Stand G50 Call Centre Expo, Birmingham NEC 3rd October 2006 - Management information consultancy and software provider Teasel, today launches its flagship operational management information solution TEASEL FOURFORTY. Designed to meet the need for real-time performance metrics in high volume operational environments - where continuous and highly accurate information are vital - TEASEL FOURFORTY is suited to all process and project management environments, particularly contact centres, but also logistics and manufacturing.
With management information displayed in real-time on any standard web browser, the solution is designed to enable supervisors to identify and act on potential performance issues before they become problems that are costly to rectify. TEASEL FOURFORTY uses a 'traffic light' system where serious issues are highlighted red, potential problems in amber and satisfactory performance in green. This is backed up by arrows on the screen which indicate whether trends are moving upwards, downwards or staying the same.
TEASEL FOURFORTY is easy to install and provides consistent reporting across mixed infrastructures, including in-house, outsourced and offshore facilities, without the need to make additional technology investments. It also supports individual performance improvement through real-time benchmarking. Managers are as few as three clicks away from an individual's performance dashboard.
The solution is modular with Universal MI as the core application. Extended modules include Empower which supplies individual performance information. Benchmark provides benchmarking between locations, teams and individuals. FOURFORTY People links operational performance to variables such as length of service, skills, training and competencies. Third Party captures data from external partners such as outsourcing providers. Scenario uses existing data to model how adjustments to existing procedures could lead to improved outcomes. Finally, FOURFORTY OLAP Query provides an interface to a variety of analytics tools to drill down into deeper analysis of the underlying data.
Tim Burfoot, Managing Director of Teasel comments: "Data and information are not the same thing. High volume operations such as contact centres and the manufacturing sector are awash with data but this rarely provides actual information or insight into how the business is performing. TEASEL FOURFORTY aims to address this by applying complex algorithms to the myriad of data and turning this into meaningful management information, which can be easily read and understood by anybody, regardless of their level of technical knowledge."
