Our selection process

Applications

In addition to any role-specific requirements, all Teasel people have a track record of delivering results and the passion, enthusiasm and commitment to succeed whatever the challenge.

To be considered, please send us your CV to recruit@teaselpm.com and state your preference for a home or office base, if the option is available. We would also like to know what makes you tick, so you should also include a short document of no more than 1,000 words summarising your personal journey. Where have you come from? Why do you do what you do? What motivates you? What are your aspirations for the future? What are you most proud of?

Stage 1

If we invite you for an interview, you will meet initially with someone from the relevant competence area. This will be a general discussion during which we will find out more about each other to see if there is a good fit.

Stage 2

Stage 2 will normally be a 'panel interview' of at least two people. If we invite you to progress to Stage 2, we will also ask you to complete two timed exercises on the day. For certain roles, we may supplement the interview process with psychometric tests in order to give us an additional perspective. Where this is the case, it will be explicit.

Following Stage 2, we will either decline, or make an offer, subject to the receipt of satisfactory references and qualification checks which will include verification of previous salary.

Teasel. Information pure and simple.

In some organisations, performance targets do little more than enable people to get better and better at doing the wrong things. A Teasel White Paper explains why.
