  • a minimum of five years' experience with at least two years in a consulting environment
  • expertise in at least one of the industries and operational process areas listed under Markets
  • experience of business analysis; process design; cost analysis; business change; requirements analysis; organisation design; and data analysis
  • excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • excellent communication skills, especially the ability to work at all levels and to bridge the gap between business and IT
